What qualifications do you hold? certificates in catering and hotel management, as well as in computer applications. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? formal education. few of these qualities may benefit from exposure to higher education, but i feel most of them are better learned through practical experience. Further,But i consider skills Describe the benefits of working with others the benefits of working with others you lean more things you do not know. Describe the benefits of working alone the one who is able and strives on being secluded and has the type of work that doesn't require anyone else. It would be heaven, peaceful, they would be able to gather their thoughts. However they would need some source of inspiration if not from other people.And I think it depends on the type of work and your personality. If you're the type that needs to be around people being alone would be torture. They would be bored and wouldn't be able to concentrate. Some work better in a competing atmosphere.
