Without education an individual is nothing.Its because of the formal education that an individual knows the requirements in various fields ,and therefore the individual tries to learn the basic skills and thus polishes his skills at a work place. Describe the benefits of working with others Team efforts always pay rich dividend.Every single individual in a team has his way of arriving at the solution.Not every individuals point of view are the same.A single person can solve a problem just like a group , but the difference between the group and the individual arriving at the result would the time taken,the efforts put in and the effectiveness.
