Skills because if we consider formal education we may participate or learn just only to have the paper but if we consider skill it will sestain with us as long as we buld our potential and also if we have some skill we can add up by referencing different materials or by sking form other persons ability so i say sill is more valuable than formal education but sometimes formal education is the base for our skill.
