What languages do you speak (and at what level)? i speak English, urdu and pushto fluently and i can write well in english and urdu. What State are you looking to work in and why? i want to work in california, because a few of my friends are living there so i wont feel alienated in another country. What field do you currently work in? i was previously working as a training officer and a technical consultant for various trainings conducted by the human resource development institute of management sciences peshawar and funded by USAID, British Council, DFID etc What fields have you worked in before? i have worked as a research fellow for a book on child labour in swat, i have worked as a social activist for womens rights and child labour and i have participated and conducted various developmental trainings What qualifications do you hold? MBA with specialisation in Human Resource Development Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? i believe skills are more helpful, because they enable you to perform more effieciently but i also feel that skills speed up your application of formal education Describe the benefits of working with others working with others is very vital, since in ebales you to be a part of a loop that helps you learn, teach and progress more rapidly.Every member brings something different to the table and that contributes to achieving individual as well as organizational goals Describe the benefits of working alone working alone must have its benefits as well but im an advocate of group work. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? human resource is an interesting field from all aspects, since it deals with training and development, group work, leadership, recruitment, motivation etc which contribute towards the progress of any successful organization What are the least interesting aspects of your field? i am not prejudiced against any form of work will i be able to adjust to change and dynamics? yes i surely believe in constant progression through adapting to the everchanging work environment.
