I am an Indian What languages do you speak (and at what level)? English, Gujarati, as well Hindi. Especially, m not much fluently speaker of english. I hv enough knowlege to share my thoughts, ideas, etc with others and hv sufficient knowledge to understands english and their pronouciations too. And rest of Hidni and Gujarati r my native laungage so there is nothing to say in these two laungages. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? USA, CA, UK, etc bcz first of all, higher amount of pay scale. And secondary too there r shortage of experienced nurses and third reason is that these r economically strong country and they hv advance technology so its good for us and educated with financially stable ppl. Righnt now nithing but waiting for sponsors who is intresting to give me work as per my qualification, knowledge, and skills. Once i will got the job and call later then rest of thing i will get ready within one months. It doesnt matter for me which country. What field do you currently work in? As a private nursing care taker at clients home What fields have you worked in before? As a nursing staff in ICU and physician's assistance with one MD Medicine for two yeas. Secondary to, worked as a MT(Medical Transcriptionist) for one year and currently working as a private nursing care taker at home since last two years. What qualifications do you hold? SSC+ --> 2 years nursing certificate course MT(Medical Transcription)-> 4 months certificate course MC(Medical Coding)-> 3 months certificate course Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both bcz both r essential but as my point of view skills and experience r most vital in this kind of work/job. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others, in a team is great for motivation and ideas also moral in the work place growth and job satisfaction, building relationship and networking Describe the benefits of working alone There is an old saying "If you want something done right do it Your self" What was your worst working experience? Still nothing that kind of thing happened to me. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Always look temperature, pulse, bp, and respiration at regular interval What unique skills do you have? Quick desicion maker, capable to work in a one room with one patient 24 hours for one decade, patience, capable of change mood of patient, throughly objervation of the daily basis, Enough experience for communicate with less conscius patient, ability to control mentally ill patient, Good Internet knowledge with good typing skills, etc. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My patient come back to normal as soon as possible What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Always try to find out which r the best things, foods, activities which r helpful to my patient and keep him or her happy with healty and comfortable all time. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Nothing least.
