Formal education or skills and why? Both, education lifts your understanding of your field while skills are needed in order to prevent human error. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others are usually observed in performing big tasks. The benefit of working with others is its big output. More workers are needed for big task in order beget big output,i.e., more salesmen higher sale. Describe the benefits of working alone Some jobs need to be done by solo worker. These jobs usually needs concentration and pure skills. It does not mean one worker only but several worker (or all worker) rotating to do jobs that require skills and concentration, i.e. counting medications or measuring liquid preparation.
