Horse Training, Ranch Work, and live in Housekeeper/Babysitter What fields have you worked in before? Farmers Markets, Horse Boarding Facility, and Animal Volunteer Associations What qualifications do you hold? CPR Certification, 5 year Ranch Manager Experience, Well Known Horse Trainer Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills would have to be my answer. Skills and experience in a feild will be used more then education that may never be needed in my case Describe the benefits of working with others Work proceeds more smoothly, you gain personal experiences, and situations come up to test your endurance and temperament daily which will help myself or others in the future Describe the benefits of working alone Organization will never be changed for the most part, You usually can mantain a set pace and have your own hours along with never being disturbed by other workers to help in their work and disregard your own What was your worst working experience? My 5 years as a ranch manager. I did my job fully and even spent more time then was required doing the job. Unfortunatly my Boss would take severe advantage of that. I quit the job after a physical breakdown. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Always do above and beyond in your work and show a good impression daily along with an Awesome attitude as a bad outlook on life will have disastrous results. What unique skills do you have? I am able to handle behaviorally distraught people and animals calmly and have a unique way of teaching that gets anybody interested What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A Horse Trainer and Breeder/Babysitter What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
