| Article: California Unemployment Rate Rises to 12.4% It is not that California needed any more bad news. Unfortunately, the state saw another increase in its unemployment rate. From July to August, the number of people out of work and filing insurance claims rose from 12.3 percent to 12.4 percent. Although mathematically the increase may seem minimal, it points to continued problems in the Golden State.Read the complete article here: |
