'Community Development Specialist' Expat Jobs

I am looking for potential work with an NGO committed to community development projects in provinces of Cambodia for end of the year 2008-2009. I have experience in Cambodia working for a local NGO focused on HIVAIDS and currently work for the International Organisation for Migration in Aceh, Indonesia on their Community WATSAN project. I have good Khmer language skills with a little basic reading and writing and have a degree in International Community Development.

I spent ten years working with Cambodian refugees in Thailand and another ten years working in NW Cambodia. For the most part, I held senior UN positons as Head of Office. I am fluent and literate in Khmer and achieved a 3.5 FSI rating in 1991. I know NW Cambodia very well having been responsible for UNHCR Field Offices in Battambang, Sisophone, Siem Riep, and Pursat. I have a masters degree in community development. I have worked in Africa for the past eight years yet long to return to Cambodia and make a contribution.
