I would be most grateful to get an opportunity to be an accountant or financial advisor in the Cayman Island. What nationality are you? I am Polish, but leaving and working in the UK for over 5 years. What languages do you speak (and at what level)? Cayman Island or Jamaica. The main reason for looking for job in either of those two countries is that I am married to Jamaican girl. I am professional accountant and I do belief that I can work in any place in the world with the same high efficiency. By working in either of those countries, I could find equilibrium: family / professional career. Life in the Cayman Island with my Caribbean born wife could be dream come true. Formal education or skills and why? I do belief that education is a key to everything in our life. Without it life would be more complicated, and extremely difficult. Skills are very "useful" (where education "essential"). Describe the benefits of working with others The main benefit of working as a team is collective approach to any issue arising on daily basis activities. The outcome will always contribute to the best interest of the company/shareholders and not to individual (directors/management). Finally, team spirit will build up among decision making process being in the hand of "real people" not just "names" (Headquarters personalities) Describe the benefits of working alone The personality is very important, especially when it is adding value to the company. Ability of working under own initiative and taking difficult decisions build strength of company as a whole. What was your worst working experience? The worst working experience will be my first job, as assistance in local bank during my internship, where I've been pushed around every day. I went through a lot stressful. This experience has taught me how to cope with stressful situation and how to deal with other individuals. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
