Finding a suitable jobWhat type of job are you looking for? A suitable job for non-young people(I am 54) but intensive(I am single and I like working hard),well paid,that can permit to show my full professionality. What nationality are you? Italian What languages do you speak (and at what level)? Of course,Italian and English,at a professional level.I am just waiting for to try my I.E.L.T.S.Exam in Aucland-New Zealand,where I am currently. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? Far from Italy(just because I am so tired about "the Italian Way"),in an English lifestyle country,with few italian people,and a good tax treatment. What countries have you worked in? Only in Italy. What countries do you have a visa to work in? No one,at moment.In the future,in New Zealand. What field do you currently work in? Financial Services and Consulting. What fields have you worked in before? Accounting and Auditing(K.P.M.G.) Banking(Unicredit-Int.Services) Factoring(National and International) Training,like a free lance trainer, about the same topics(Financing,Banking,Financial Marketing,Time management,Body language analysis,Selling tecniques etc.) What qualifications do you hold? Degree in Economics; Chartered Accountant; Ph.D.in BA (not finished for family reasons); Financial broker; Real Estate agent. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Without doubt,in my case,professional skills. Because acquired in a very long,and difficult,time(more than 20 years). Working in my country is really difficult,and not only nowadays. Describe the benefits of working with others I like it,only if there is a real added value,otherwise,sometime it's a waste of time and money. Describe the benefits of working alone I love,usually,working alone.I am a worker hard,I sleep not more than five hours per night.Used,since I was a boy,to assume my responsabilities,but do not share with anybody the reward. What was your worst working experience? Maybe,at bank.It was a really poor one.Just only half and two years,and then, I decided to change for the factoring. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Everybody can be useful for your job,if you are able to listen to them. What unique skills do you have? Tenacity,listening ability,easy communicaton with everybody,working hard. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I don't believe anymore about dreams,at my age, however,I want to hope in a well paid,interesting,contacting people to resolve their problems,and,of course,making money for the company.... What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Meeting people and companies to resolve their(financial)needs. Learning every day something more,about people,products,ways and so on. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Sometimes, meeting people that nobody can (financially) help. Wasting time( so usual in Italy...)because time is money.
