Formal education or skills and why? I believe that skills are much more valuable because this is the hands on ability to perform a task. Education is important and perhaps it is the gateway to most high end jobs, but education alone does not guarantee that an individual possesses the skills to get the job done.. Describe the benefits of working with others one of the best way to uncover solutions and innovative ideas is through team work. everyone is unique in their problem solving and idea development. working with others broadens the way you analyze, solve and create new possibilities. What was your worst working experience? working in an environment which did not utilize information technology although it would have prevented re-work and wastage of resources.
