Bartending What fields have you worked in before? I have worked as a Medical Assistant for 10+ years, and I have pursued Bartending as well. What qualifications do you hold? Mixology Diploma Jan. 2010 Certified Nurses Assistant CPR/BLS Certified Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills & Experience. It is important to have formal education, but I believe that you can learn & perfect the skills required to do a task with hard work, perseverance & determination. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others is great. Team work is important, and I believe everyone can learn something from someone else. It is important to be able to work with others and learn other personalities and work ethics of different individuals. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone is also great. There are benefits to working alone as well as with others. You can pay more individual attention to your customers and form a bond to keep them coming back to your establishment. What was your worst working experience? Medical: A patient going into Cardiac Arrest Bartending: Standing for 13 hours at the state fair in the cold What is the most important lesson you have learned throughout your career? That hard work, determination and passion about what you are doing will always have a positive outcome. What unique skills do you have? My unique skills are to absorb knowledge and learn quickly. I take pride in my communication with others as well as my ability to make people happy. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job would honestly be working in Grand Cayman as a Bartender. Enjoying life in the sun, working hard and making people happy with a beautiful scene to look at everyday.
