If we're comparing someone with little experience/real-life skills but recently acquired a bachelors degree to someone with no degree but has 5+ years of hands-on work experience, then I'd choose skills over formal education. Although formal education is undoubtedly important and useful, in a crisis system down situation, the individual with front line real life experience is who I want on my side. Describe the benefits of working with others Other points of view often provide insight into new ways of doing things easier or more efficiently than you may have thought of on your own. Working with others can be very rewarding and fun. Describe the benefits of working alone Individual control over how things get done, often fewer distractions and the glory of a successful project is all yours.
