Formal education or skills and why? I do not believe any is more important than the other for each serves it purpose and there are people with multiple inteligences who learn differently. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others brings more perspectives and ideas. It brings a sense of community and belonging it helps the individual fulfil Maslow's Hierarchy of needs. Describe the benefits of working alone The benefit of working alone is you could work at your own pace and personalize the project. What was your worst working experience? I consider all experiences character building processes. The one I have learned the most from is being judged on my ethnicity and not my ability for me that would have been the worst. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson that I have learned throughout my career is in order to keep up in what ever field one must be a continuous learner and most importantly there is no I in TEAM. What unique skills do you have? I am versed in communication and integrating technology into whatever I am doing. My vast experiences have made me more marketable as I am able to make my interaction with others more authentic. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I would consider a job that allowed for me to travel and experience the world a "dream job". What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I find it interesting to make connections use ordinary occurrences and make it enjoyable to learn. The fact that one is always doing research and being a continuous learner is also very interesting. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? I think the paper work is not very interesting though very necessary. What do you like to do in your spare time?
