More experience Describe the benefits of working alone Develop a relationship with parents and child and develop a good repor and understanding of the particular child and parents. What was your worst working experience? When traveling to Ghana my worst experience was seeing that they work with so little and children are dying that would not need to if they had the money for the equipment like the UK. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To listen to parents and take on board there feedback, they know there child better than any doctor or nurse What unique skills do you have? I have the mentorship qualification which allows myself to develop students knowledge which i enjoy. I am competant in administing intra venous antibiotics. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Working as part of a good multidisaplinary team and enjoying going to work and finding new information about childrens illness's and treatment.
