I have encountered many people with little education but have been the most proficiant in the workplace and have stronger self motivation skills and the mind train that the job comes first. Having to go over the heads of higher ups during a NATO exercise Germany in order to provide 200 military out in the field with a HOT meal when others in authority had failed to improvise and prepare for an emergency.
