I have been there on vacatipn and it' a lovely place to be and to work. Cayman i really would like to know about cayman Island since i have so many friends who have ben there amnd talk so much good about that place so I said it must be a good place for yong people to want to work What countries have you worked in? I do not have a Visa to work in any country only have Visitors Visa to Canada and the USA. hoping to get one working Visa soon What field do you currently work in? I am currently unemployed What fields have you worked in before? I have work as Maintenance Manager at a High School I have work as Customer Care Agent at Call Centre,as Electrical installation. What qualifications do you hold? An Associate Degree in Industrial System Operation and Maintenance with Marintime Instution.and a Certificate in Pre-Engeneering. So I can say I am a Maintenance Operator Manager Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I think both Formal and skills Why? you will be able to be a flexable person you can use both hands and brain,wherever the jobs are you will be able to balance. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with other persons you will be able to learn a lot have different encounter with different people, learn from their experience,gather more knowledge that will help one to grow as an indivual and to help make society more helpful to others you may come in contact with. Describe the benefits of working alone No man is an Island and no man stands alone. there will be no meanful benifets in life being working alone you need to share with others,You would be as lonely as ever we all need some one to counteract with at time so there sould be no benifit working alone What was your worst working experience? It was when my Manager disrespect me in front of a largw gthering or something i have no idea about and was not told how to do it,because no one was around to show me i was working alone and only rying to do what i think was the right thing. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Was when i got the opportunity to step up one step further and give it to some one else and said i will wait until another time because that person was there before me. and then that opportunitydid not come again. What unique skills do you have? T pull down any electrical equiptment and to fix and put back in place What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Aob that I woul love to wake up each morning and to go to and dont even want to go home when its time to go,a well paying job and a job that will help me to grow more and more every day .
