Formal education or skills and why? formal education is most important as its the key to accessing opportunities. not many people are given the avenue to show case their skills unless they can prove that they have some level of formal education Describe the benefits of working with others team work allows for exchange of ideas and usually a better and more creative way of completing tasks. It is most importantly a learning experience.
