Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I have both of them at the same level of consideration because u could be a professional with a reallygood formal education but it dosen't work to solve situations which compromise a patient life but also it dosen't mean any sense be a professional with several skills and don't have any formal education to adress yourself to patiens or some staff member you are working with because it will take influence on staff member's satisfation and it is no good at all for the wellfuntionability of the team.

Working as a team brings a lot of benefits because is one of the way as a professional you can share experience so increase your professional knoledges on your own benefits and also for the patient. It's an importan step to recognice other people personality and take the good part from them, exchange information, knowledges and principles to gain in professional lever and being a better human person who is always dealing with people who need our help.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Working alone in my opinion dosen't have too much benefits because you dont have how to exchange experiences, knowledges with other at the same timeworking alone make some situation more complicated because some time you need to be assisted while your are doing some procedure or pass any information toother person in case of some emergency or something else, otherwise working alone has the benefits to encorage yourself to push more and more by your own to reach some goald in ter of professionalism and abilities in your professional field

What was your worst working experience?

when I could not save a 13 years old boy's life who was involve in a fatal accident.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Be patient,be honest,be partner,be friend, fell on your skin other people's problem ,don't do to other what you don't want other do to you , don't give up at first spot, fight, fight and fight.

What unique skills do you have?

The true,the honor,the professionalism,the friendship.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Be a Doctor
