Formal education or skills and why? I believe Education and Skills works hand in hand for a excellent output and performance. Just with Education one cant be good in a field or just with skill no good companies accept a talent. Thus I believe so. Describe the benefits of working with others No one acqures skill completely. One gains skill and knowledge everyday. And one of the source in gaining skill is from coworkers. And one lives one third off his or her life in their job place. So one needs coworker as important as his life partner. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone gives less benifit than working with a team but still working alone is knowledge and experince giver and gves a chance for experimenting and trials thus making the person more and more practical. What was your worst working experience? I never had a bad or worst experience, I take everything and all difficulties as challence and a chance to learn new and be more experinced. So i never felt so. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Just be adoptable to any situation and keep good realtion with the worst people and smile for all keeps and pleasent relation and wonderful day. What unique skills do you have? I beleve my power and success is with my communication skill. My updation of knowledge and day to day happenings help me to be in the mordern race. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? One gets into dream job when he or she decides to do enjoy their work. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Serving health itself is a most interesting and being a part of it is the best thing. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Lack of steady supply and increasing cost, I believe.
