Formal education or skills and why? Both are equally important in the holistic development of any individual Describe the benefits of working with others Good interpersonal relationship The ability to help people develop an effective relationship to others Helping others to develop positive self concept, problem solving skills and an understanding of educational and career opportunities. Describe the benefits of working alone I think it depends on the type of work and your personality. Some people concentrate better working alone in a quiet atmosphere. Other people work better in a competing atmosphere and are able to interact with others when necessary for a second opinion. What was your worst working experience? my worst working experience was my first job working with a staff where the majority lacked professionalism and did not observe any ethical principles. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Individuals differ and they should be guided and helped to develop and maintain positive self esteem. What unique skills do you have? Excellent communication skills. Great facilitator in helping to guide people when they are undergoing a transitional of difficult period in their lives. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Guidance & Counselling What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Helping in guiding students on career goals, as well as providing them with life skills and enhancing their personal, academic and social growth. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
