Boca Comm Investment Banking is looking for an ADM position. The candidate joins and distributes global team operations support personnel. The candidate will be situated in our office in Rio de Janeiro. This highly organized and disciplined individual will provide general operational support to the local, regional, and global markets. The person will additionally provide personal assistance to the managing partner of the firm. Local and regional staff, affiliate and office support. The individual must be fluent in local language and English. The individual will assist in business and market development in the local/regional/as well as global markets of the firm. Responsibilities:
Office Supplies maintenance
Staff Communications
Prepare and maintain market document templates
Administration and follow- through as required for MD/Agents/Clients
Financial analysis and document preparation as required on client projects or planning
Expense planning/ budgeting/management
Translations as required
Filing and document organization
Computer skills:
Strong PC computer skills
Very Strong MS Office
(Word-Excel-Publisher)
Languages:
Spanish (native language)
English (complete fluency)
Desirable:
International Business and Finance Studies
