EXPERIENCE:
Two years Experience as a Marketing Manager Resorts in Arabian Resorts. My task was to sell resorts to arrange and to give presentations. To make plans to achieve targets. Had 30 telemarketers and two Supervisors working under me.
As an English Teacher:
Teaching English Language at ECT (English Conversation Training) Center Evening Program since three years. It is my own institute. The classes are arranged in the morning hours, in which the kids are taken care and are encouraged to participate in story reading, games, drawing, computer and to watch cartoon movies.
I conduct classes for candidates going abroad for there education and work reasons. I help them in building up the confidence and literature for their up coming challenges in visa interviews And job interviews abroad.
I also manage the syllabus for the students and arrange interesting activities for them to participate to improve their English Language.
I had my basic education from UK. Have studied in Cranford junior school, London since 1978-1981. So I try my best to follow their rules to improve the caliber of my students. I keep my students attentive and excited by giving them interesting activities to work in the class room. I also give them assignments and projects to work on.
Have taught English Language in My Little World Secondary School since 1998-2000. My duties were to manage the syllabus, to arrange interesting activities for the kids in order to improve their English Language. I have also taken special classes for the teachers to improve their conversation in English.
Have worked on the following ESL Projects:
• Arranged and Managed the ESL Workshop at Pakistan American Cultural Center. In this workshop teacher from other schools were also invited to share their point of views, that what strategy and tool would be the best to improve the English conversational language.
• Have arranged a Variety program for school children in which students from different schools were invited and were encouraged to participate in poetry reading, dialogues delivery, self composed story reading, songs and dramas.
• Have arranged and directed Shakespeare’s play “Romeo and Juliet”, with sounds effects and music.
EXPERIENCE IN MUSIC AND DANCE FIELD:
Have worked on the contract basis for the international companies:
• MacDonalds: Conducted Singing and Choreography classes for the summer vacation Program arranged by MacDonalds International Fast Food Restaurant. It has World wide reputation and selling its products all over the World. It also has several branches in Karachi. I conducted the classes at its three outlets i.e Sea View (with about 200 students having separate classes), Point (with about 150 students) and Saddar (having more than 200 students).
• Karachi Gymkhana: Have performed for this Gymkhana club for every occasion for a three years contract.
• Alladin Amusing Park: Have performed for the park for its opening ceremony and other formal dinners and parties.
• British Council, Karachi: Performed at its several Charity Shows along with other British bands.Programs were sponsored by Pizza Hut, PIA, TCS and Maersk Line. In one of the program we were able to collect more than GBP 50,000.
Also performed at its opening Ceremony for its Library where music CD’s, Books and other stuff related to music was also launched and introduced.
• CHILDREN’S ACADEMY OF PERFORMING ARTS: Gave lessons in Hip Hop and Freestyle dances to children of age 4 to 16 and also exclusive classes for adults who are interested in extreme hip hop techniques.
• DAWN NEWSPAPER “IMAGES” : Recently working as a Free lance writer for the images magazines.
• Nowadays I working as a free lance choreographer for individuals, stage, song videos and films. I advertise it in Dawn weekend newspaper in Classified section.
• President Of Dance Society in Intercollege, Nicosia Campus, Cyprus: My responsibilities included to train the dance group and work as assistant of my dance teacher Ms Elena. My teacher and I arranged dance performances at Hilton Hotel ,Nicosia and Mac Donald New Year Festival 2003, Nicosia. I was elected President of Music and dance society due to my outstanding performance and abilities to lead the group and also work with them side by side.
• President Of Music Society in Intercollege, Nicosia Campus, Cyprus: Due to singing and performance outstanding abilities I was elected President of the Music society My responsibilities were to work as an assistant to my Music Teacher and arrange the singing group and I also negotiated some deals for my group for performance in which MacDonalds Christmas festival and Performance in Hilton Hotel was well described and appreciate by my student affair officer , Miss Alexia.
• ALBUMS: I have released three successful albums in Urdu language with my brother as a duo. Namely as LASER’S.

• My responsibilities included choreography for our stage and video performances. Writing lyrics, managing contracts, public relations, deals for groups performances and promotional management policies. I also worked as a main singer and produced some songs in the album too. Directed and produced many of my own videos and worked with Qasim Jalil in his private and PTV programme as a performer and assist stage setting for his stage programmes. Received the Best Performance Award by Qasim Jalil (PTV General Manager).
As a Computer Teacher
I also teach computer to the students. I teach HTML, Microsoft Words, Object Oriented programming which includes C++ and java. And give the concepts of database. Data structure and System Analysis.
HOBBIES: Composing poems, singing, dancing, aerobics. I have been traveling a lot in Middle East and Europe. I have been to Germany, Denmark, United Kingdom, Cyprus, Syria, Jordan, Bahrain, Kingdom of Saudi Arab and Iran. I love to travel and explore new cultures, people and learn about their societies.
