What nationality are you?

I am Danish which mean that I the typical Danish features:well educated, confident about dealing in new areas, respectful to different cultures, highly solution oriented and highly social competent.

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English - high level German - acceptabel. Swedish - almost fluent.

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Priority: 1) China 2) Singapore 3) Malaysia 4) Vietnam

What countries have you worked in?

I have been working with on off projects in Malaysia, Sweden and America.

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

I currently have only visa to work inside the EU

What field do you currently work in?

I am currently working in book publishing, project developing and counceling.

What fields have you worked in before?

1) Bookpublishing 2) Teaching 3) Human resource 4) Journalism

What qualifications do you hold?

I have bachelor degrees in teaching and history. I have supplementary education in journalism, corporate communication, coaching

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

In the end it is always the way you executive your skills that is decisive. However I consider formal education as a valuable way of improving skills.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Joint forces in a strong team will inspire each other and perform wih higher inspiration and better results than a team where everyone work solo.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Working alone is valuable because gives time and space to reflect and focus your challenges and claim responsibility.

What was your worst working experience?

Working in an organisation with no clear focus or strategy and which donīt acknowledge that the staff are the most important key to company success.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Always work on your weakness but in crisis situation it will always be your strong sides which will lead you to success.

What unique skills do you have?

1) Ability to develop and nurse the skills of people - Teambuilding, recruiting 2) Innovation skills - See the oppurtunity 3) Stragetic and analytical sense - See the hole in the market 4) Communication skills
