China. I wanted a new challenge and to know more about the tradition Chinese culture

What field do you currently work in?

Sales & Marketing.

What fields have you worked in before?

Administrative assistant in AC Nielsen.

What qualifications do you hold?

GCE 'A' Levels

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Wisdom and attitude. It's not about working hard, it's about working smart. a person having formal education does not necessary mean that he/she has a good working attitude. In contrast, a person without formal education but have a positive attitude can achieve greater things, due to them being willing to learn, willing to serve.

Describe the benefits of working with others

You know how to work as a team, as well as knowing how to incorporate different opinions to your own, and appreciating the strength of others.

Describe the benefits of working alone

You can have all the ideas to yourself, as well as being able to achieve your personal goals.

None.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Work as a team. Be a leader, not a manager

Able to travel around, with a good salary

Being able to travel around the world and meeting people
