Formal education or skills and why? i consider skills education more than formal education,because i believe people are brilliant human beings ,a gift from God.we all can use our intelligence to learn from environment and people surround us,make efforts,and anything can be possible. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? i have been teaching young chinese students as my part time job on holidays.,from there,i think every work(job) needs patient,hard working,loyalty,good personality,charming and love.
