What type of job are you looking for?

Volunteer / NGO short-term work in any area.

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

Chinese-Native English-Fluent

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Thailand. It's the nearest country for me and that's why I want to know it better by doing something.

What field do you currently work in?

I am working in oil trading area.

What fields have you worked in before?

Teaching/Shipping industry/trading

What qualifications do you hold?

BSc Degree/English

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Formal education is essential for a person's comprehensive development and the society progressing. But skills are also important since they make us complete doing something.

Describe the benefits of working with others.

the biggest benefits are learning from each other, understanding each other and changing each other. There is a Chinese saying "you dont have to worry about finding any type of bird in a big forest". Misunderstanding and bias caused so many disasters to our peace and our economic devleopment, and I believe communication by working with others can help.

Describe the benefits of working alone.

It can bring you a peaceful heart focusing on something and can develop your skills to a large extent since it's like an exercise for your brain.

What was your worst working experience?

It's when the organization mission and goals were not thoroughly delivered. And every tasks seemed meaningless.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Organization mission and goals must be communicated from the very beginning of work.

What unique skills do you have?

There are all kinds of birds in a big forest. And it looks easy for me to work with any type of person.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

My dream job is to write down all the lessons I have learned, all the happy hours I have spent and all the views I have seen and tell everyone that the world is actually so colorful.

Why should an NGO be interested in hiring you?

I have worked in AIESEC as a volunteer, the largest student organization in the world. Besides I can do the job well, I also believe in our NGO's missions.
