Describe the benefits of working alone You will be your own boss,it is kind of tough financially,though,trying to make it on your own way,if you used to make a lot of money before,but you don not have as many expenses,either.You life will be less stressful! What was your worst working experience? When I was In senior middle school during summer vacations i used to do a part time job.I was working at the shop when my friend Umid came into the store,and I solhim a $200 camera.On the way out.And I saw him swipe a $ 90 lens.I was positive about his robbery.If i told my boss about Umid,I would be betraying a fiend.On the other hand,If I minded my own business,I might end up being blamedfor the missing lens.Either way I lose.It beated me why he did that, it can't be about money, he was loaded.My parents gave me some advice.They told me speak to him first before saying anything to my boss and tell him I might have to pay for the missing lens."What if denies stealing it?"- said.They told me not to jump to conclusions and see what he says.I talked to him but he denied.I payed for the missing lens.And he was not my friend anymore from that day on. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? A friend of mine(Physics Teacher) Andy Norton loved basketball.One afternoon on our way to a basketball game ,we were walking and he was dreaming about playing college basketball the following year.At the same time as Andy was walking to the game,A stranger was walking to his car,he got into his car and atarted driving.He was driving down Seventh Avenue when he had a heart attack.I went to the shop to get something to drink.The stranger's car hit Andy so hard that Andy was thrown three feet into the air.Andy woke up in the hospital room.When he learned that both his legs were broken,he realizad his college basketball dreams were over.Andy did what the doctor told him,but his progress was slow.When he left the hospital,Andy was sent to a rehab center for physical therapy.A week after he arrived there,he met Sunny Chen.Sunny was a former coach.His legs were paralyzed from a skiing accident.Even though he could't moveh his legs,Sunny coached a basketball team called suns.Everyone on the team played from a wheelchair.Sunny invited Andy to join the game.Ron played badly, but for the first time since the accident,he stopped feeling sorry for himself.After becoming a part of suns,Andy improved quickly.Basketball was like medicine for him.And wherever Andy became depressed or angry,we were there to encourage him and help him.he day before Andy left the center,he had dinner with me and his coach Sunny.He asked Sunny how he managed to be so generous and cheerful,even with his paralysis.Sunny smiled and said,"it's really quite simple.When you keep your face to sun, the shadow fall behind."I was deeply impressed by Andy's bravery. I will talk to you the same way I talk to all people.I won't be frendlier,more patient,more polite or more considerate.Since I won't know you,I won't be able to put on a show for you as my future employer. Having fun with kids,helping them understand things,correcting homework and doing morning exercises with kids. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
