We are a U.S.based manufacturer and retailer of high quality leather children's shoes. We are currently looking to recruit a young talent for the ‘OPERATIONS ASSISTANT’ position. This position is for someone living in or around Guangzhou, who is able to travel to a factory in the Baiyun district on a daily basis.

Requirements:

• English/Chinese speaking; highly motivated and hard working

• University/College degree preferred but not necessary

• Minimum 1 years experience in any related field

• Highly organized, detail oriented

• knowledge and usage of MS Word and Excel

• Ability for report writing, problem solving and performance analysis

Comfort and ease with frequent and detailed communication via email is essential

You will be reporting directly to the VP/Operations in the US. You will support and assist in areas of operations, including pre-production & production, follow-up, quality inspection and shipping and perfomance analysis for management.

The role requires a wide range of skills including business/operations procedure knowledge, good inter-personal skills, good communication skills, and an ability to work under pressure. It would be an advantage to possess footwear manufacturing knowledge.

Dear sir ,

I am a post graduate in footwear technologist(M.tech) with over 12 years experience in shoe making areas. Presently i am working in china as develipment/techncial mangaer for Phoenix footwear group asia operation. ( India&China) . I am looking better opening and highly responsible position(technical /development/quality) in China or anywhere .
