Both, we need education and theory, but also need experience in applying the products and leather performance, these things you will not learn in a book Describe the benefits of working with others Sinergy and team work, it works much better than a single individual Describe the benefits of working alone Depends the job, sometimes when you need to "develop" a new article you need to be alone to focus on what you are doing What was your worst working experience? being in a meeting with a former customer I found out my former employer had made some business and never told me, he was in the US and I was in China, believe me, it's not easy to deal when you do not know and have not power to decide, it was really awful and made me look un-professional What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To listen and be patient, never give up, keep learning and healthy What unique skills do you have?
