What qualifications do you hold? year 10, and 11 certificate also i have a ceritificate in working in confined spaces and a white card to work safely in the construction industry.i currently also hold a security license 1ac including my first aid and rsa. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? i believe that skills are more important as being educated in something doesnt mean that you will be good at it, once its up to the phisichal side of things. also with education you are not allways guaranteed a job after studying for so long, i feel like its abit of a gamble to some extent. Describe the benefits of working with others the benefits of working with others are that you learn to be open minded to different opinions and ideas, this further expands your knwoledge and perspective of things. i feel that if you work with diferent people it gives you a chance to further improve social skills and your interaction capabilities with others. in my opinion i think many people out there could be smart on paper but you must be also socially smart and that comes by interacting with people of different backgrounds, beliefs and so on. Describe the benefits of working alone although i believe that working as part of a team is better, i think working alone if anything would help you be more independant and makes you more capable of taking individual decisions if need be. What was your worst working experience? my worst experience ever was working one day to replace a freind who worked in ceiling insulation, it was 43 degrees that day so about 60 degrees on the roof of the house, i dont think iv ever lost so much water from my body i ended up dehydrating and fainting then going to hospital in an ambulance. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? i have learnt that you must allways do what you like, because you can never be succesful in something that you have no enjoyment or passion for it. What unique skills do you have? i am funni and can dance well, i can communicate with people of different backgrounds and different mind frames. if i need to communicate with a younger person i can also drop down to thier level of knowledge. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? the owner of coca cola amatil. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? seeing the different groups and crowds that different venues attract in security and seeing popular artists or dj'z that hold events at the venue. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? having to deal with intoxicated people throught the whole night and hardly having any civilized conversations with anyone, also the loud music after listening to it for so long gives you a really bad hedache. why do you think you will be an asset to your employer? i think i am a very freindly person who jost has passion for work if it interests me, i really like security work and im very keen on a change in lifestyle, i have goals in my life and working is going to help me achive them hence it keeps me motivated.i can communicate with people in any environment, and i believe i am responsible. i can carry out tasks as requested by managment and i believe i am a perfectionist.
