I'm holding Malaysia Nationality and as Singapore Permanent Resident What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I use to communicate in English, Mandarin and Cantonese and also Malay Language. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I wish to work in Christmas Island, away from busy city lifestyle. The reason is my children, we wish to place more time for the children. What countries have you worked in? I ever worked in Singapore and Malaysia. What countries do you have a visa to work in? Currently no visa to others countries. Formal education or skills and why? I would say both are valuable, i am sure need to holds formal education in order to enter the field as starting point and further continuously upgrade myself with education to further stronger my working skills. Describe the benefits of working with others Everyone has only one brain, working with others would have more than one brain. The more brain involves, the better the outcome would be. I love to work with others, sharing knowledge as well as happiness of the successful. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone does benefits to own self, when we force our self to work independently. What was your worst working experience? Let me think, i don't seem to have worst working experience. Maybe this is consider as worst working experience i can share, my partner disappear during a project implementation which i has to cover all by myself. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I would say, everyone has their own unique skills in particular field and we all should share the knowledge out of it. What unique skills do you have? I am not too sure when searching on own unique skills. I can adapt to a new software very fast. I can do a very fast internet information searching. I can gave you a makeover and turn you into a different look of beauty/suave. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My Dream Job would be able to explore as much as possible and the most important is happy. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The interesting aspects of IT field would be new toys are coming out everyday. Be it software or hardware, it will be continuously improving. The same to makeover field, there are new tolls, new design happening everyday. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? There is no least interesting aspects on my field.. What are your points during yearly appraisal ? Over 10 years, my total points has always fall into the high level group of point during appraisal. Points range of 80-90.
