Having completed my secondary level 1976,venturing into manufacturing industry for almost 10 years in Singapore and came back to Malaysia working in various industry before starting my own business till year 2000 when i had to close down during the economic crisis hits Malaysia, Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I would say skilled and vast experienced are more valuable than having a good academic result as his ability and credibility to score a good academic result,when you are categorize under skilled experience you are you are actually knew what you are doing either to speed up or to minimize the risk in any field that you are engage to.from the skilled experience a skill person would be able to determine or predict whether it could be done or not. Describe the benefits of working with others The difference between working for others and working on your own my sincere answer is that, i'm having much lesser risk of not getting my pay cheque . My worst experience when i was once working in Singapore i was never being paid for almost four and the half month surviving on food allowances and finally they windup the company.The company managing director disappeared and never came back. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Working for people sincerity and honesty that's the key apart of being humble,tolerance,being punctual and stay away from trouble.Working on your own we have to be very systematic,stay focus and do not trust anyone even your own family member over money matter lastly never gave to much credit facilities to your friends and also your client. What unique skills do you have? I'm a fast learner be able to understand and always stay focus when the assignment given.over my years of experience i had never failed any tasks given to me. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To be working in building maintenance job What are the most interesting aspects of your field? As i said earlier i'm willing to take anything new,venturing myself into new field as a challenge and to upgrade my status being someone without any diploma or a degree and also over my past experience in building industry you have to comply to the building bylaw standard specification from that point of view maintenance job also has to be on a certain standard by itself to ensure the building is properly manage and with minus complain. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? you will face the unexpected incident in your daily routine job. Do you think that you are qualified for the job since you do not have any paper qualification Yes i am definitely qualified for the job,allow me to work under probation for one or three months if i failed to impress the management than dismiss me from the job and of i go back to my country with my own expenses,that can be included on the letter of appointment if it really happened or if the management has better suggestion please stated that.
