Formal education or skills and why? Formal education is the entry point into skills building. I think having both is necessary. However emphasis on skills education after the basic formal education has been attained would make more sense. Describe the benefits of working with others I fancy working with others, it builds team work. as a result, there will skills building, time management and quality output. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone? maybe in a specialized environment, you may need to concentrate on a given piece of task, but I still believe at another time T, you end up in the group with others to have the work completed as a piece What was your worst working experience?
