Describe the benefits of working with others A pro active team environment with a strong work ethic when combined with helping other people is, for me, most rewarding. Describe the benefits of working alone Strengthening ones own motivation to achieve his/her goals without depending on others. A rewarding end result being the aim. What was your worst working experience? Tele sales. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Being happy with ones vocation and not being motivated by money and money alone. Helping people by passing on my knowledge has been most rewarding. What unique skills do you have?
