Currently I am in the customer service field. What fields have you worked in before? I have worked in customer service, technical support, billing, filing, data entry. What qualifications do you hold? My qualifications, an Associate's Degree in Computer Animation/Graphic Design. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills would be more valuable because now in these days technology is always moving one step ahead, always have to learn new skills to keep up. What was your worst working experience? I currently do not have a bad, worst working experience. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Customer service being the number one priority, respect yourself as well as your colleagues. What unique skills do you have? Unique skills would be bilingual in Spanish and English both read and write, I am advanced in all Microsoft programs such as Microsoft Word, Microst Excel Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Powerpoint, also have experience in Graphic Design and Animation programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Flash MX, Front Desk Maya, Adobe After Effects. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? What I would consider as my dream job is basically a place that I have been able to grow on with my skills, a positive place to work at until I retire. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Helping people, solving customers issues. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The least interesting aspects of my field would be, not to be able to speak to the customer face to face. Looking at straight the customer face to face gives the customer resurability. What are your hobbies and interests outside of work? My hobbies are staying fit, living a positive life, doing activities with my daughter, listening to music.
