Formal education or skills and why? Both, Studies give you the support to be able to write, understand your readings, and build a foundation solid enough to be able to face issues. Skills are part of a solid experience that makes you apply in live conditions what initially you had in your background. I don't think there is one without the other. Obviously the real life with the war situation experiences is the most enriching. Describe the benefits of working with others To learn from them, to share, to be able to crosscheck information and decisions to take the right path. Surely also to get to know new cultures and have more friends. Describe the benefits of working alone To have more capacity to concentrate in the aims of the work, to look at the "small letter" of reports and situations. To think so that the proper decision takes place. To take a distance to the general perspective to have a broader look. What was your worst working experience? India, an International school where the money was the main target while educating children. All the pedagogics, ethics and other schooling needs were left in behalf of the economical progress. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Many of them, always to listen to others, to understand that not everybody thinks and lives the same way, that no matter how different cultures are, everywhere human beings have the same foundation. What unique skills do you have? Probably the gift of languages. I have 8 active in my "pocket" and many passive ones. The communication with people in whatever situation. To smooth critical situations. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Helping society mainly in rural areas. Helping nature, by preserving flora and fauna actively. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The continuous learning process, since so many cultures and situations arise. The enormous life luggage that gives you emergency situations, whether they are due to conflict, society or nature causes. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? To go back to "civilization", city life, supermarkets, complaints because of small things like the house made did not iron the shirts and unimportant things like that. What would be your dream life? Living in a mountain area, walking a lot and assisting the needed ones all over. To be in a place with clean water and air and help the places who do not have it to achieve it.
