Describe the benefits of working with others
Synergy. People can motivate eachother and reach higher levels in their work, purely bacause they are part of a team. You have a common goal, whether that is a certain project or doing what is best for the organisation.
Describe the benefits of working alone
Working alone can sometimes give you that extra bit of concentration you need. You always have contact with others to obtain information, but you can make your own planning.
What was your worst working experience?
My worst working experience was at the same time as my best. I began to work in an organisation where -as I found out- was a bad atmosphere, especially towards the owners. Employees tried to drag me in to their political games, wich was a dificult time, because I felt caught in between two parties. It was followed by the best time, because together with a couple of employees and the owners, we turned the sitiation around and created a very friendly and healty work environment wich led to an unforgettable time.

Eventough you're thinking about the big picture and are writing long term plans, never forget the smaller practical things that need to be done in perfection. Be a strategist with a practical input.
What unique skills do you have?
As where many people are affraid to work in companies that are having dificuties, reorganisations or other kind of tough environments, I love to work here and come to the best solutions. There rarely is someone I can't get along with and am often praised for my positive influence.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
My dream job would be working in an organisation (NGO or commercial) where they believe in a better environment and economy. Being a strategist or managing projects, advising, solving problems and maintaining good situations in an ambitious environment.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
The diversity of communications and the often underestamated or forgotten simple techniques to improve a sitiation. Saving time or troubles ahead just by investing a little time now. There are many things I love about communications and am more than happy to share my enthousiasm.
What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
I wouldn't say least interesting as maybe more dificult. Some organisations cope with a lot of political games and people that have been working somewhere for many, many years. To change certain things that have been done in a deferent way for such a long time, can prove to be very dificult.
When and for how long do you want to work in Colombia?
Rather today than tomorrow. I'm planning on staying in Colombia a number of years and since I'm still under 30 years old a visa won't be a problem.
