I am looking for a job in Colombia South America. I have read good reviews about this country. Preferably Cali in Colombia because I have a friend there in Cali. That would be great.

At the moment I do not have a visa to work in any country. This is my first attempt looking for a job overseas and I hope it will be successful.

I have worked in various fields such as Front Office, Computer related, Secretarial, Travel Line, Customer Service in a call centre for a U.S Process, Quality Analyst cum Recruiter cum Trainer for a domestic call centre.
What qualifications do you hold?
I am an University Degree holder. B.A Graduated in subjects such as Psychology, Office Management and Secreatarial Practice. Diploma in Systems Management - Computer, IATA - International Air Travel Association.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Formal education is more valuable cause it builds the foundation. Skills can be nurtured through practice and experience.
Describe the benefits of working with others
When we work with others, the responsibilities are divided, and we will learn how to work as a team. The work gets done faster. There will be many suggestions and opinions and it is easy to take a decision. We will also learn to respect and work in harmony with each other.
Describe the benefits of working alone
When we work alone we are the boss for ourselves. We do not have to report to anybody. We can take our own decisions. We can work at our own pace as long as the work is done for the day.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Learning and gaining experience in various fields has made me more confident and makes me feel like an all rounder.

Whatever I do, I do to the best of my ability. I am very efficient in my job.

A Good managerial job where I would have the job satisfaction.

Office Management and Customer Service is the key to any good company job.

Every aspect is important in my field. I would not like to say that any particular aspect was least interesting cause I have learnt and gained knowledge in every aspect of my field.
