Formal education or skills and why? Formal education. People need education to express their knowledge in skills. Without the right knowledge, people will not be able to express this knowledge in skills. Describe the benefits of working with others The social aspect is important. Showing interest in other people. Also the development of thepersons is very important. It is great to see that other people learn from their experiences during the lessons and that their knowledge and skills are improved because of the lessons. Sharing experiences is important in working with others. Describe the benefits of working alone You can decide by yourself what you will do. Of course there are some goals, but you can go your own way, without other opinions of other people. What was your worst working experience? My start as a teacher in an internship. It was because of the support I got during that internship. The woman was very critical about me and because of that I felt very bad. I needed also some positive feedback. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Stay calm in all situations. Do not be stressed or something, but stay focused. What unique skills do you have? I am a calm and very social person. I can easily adapt to new situations and new environments. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Working in tourism or education in a country in South America. My goal is to contribute to the development of people. This can be in welfare, but also in knowledge and skills. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The contact with people. Learning form different experiences. The international focus that I got during my studies.
