Colombian

English 100% Spanish 99%

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Colombia,I recently moved back to the country after 15 years in the US as I wanted to be closer to family and I wanted a change.

Colombia and US

General Manager

Teaching Personal Counselor Sales Costumer Services Construction

What qualifications do you hold?

I have several certificates in management and communication, as well as higher education in the field of interpersonal communication and relations. Have a long work history and have worked successfully in many fields as well as have a higher than average capacity.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Well it actually depends on what the education is and if it was all just theoretical with no actual work experience. These days there are people who study for years in a certain field and at the end of that time need "reeducation" when they start working as all the data they have is jumbled in their head. But education is necessary and is the key to success. So to answer your question education which emphasizes in application and leads to real appliable skills is the most valuable thing for an individual and society.

Describe the benefits of working with others

It builds new relations and can make work more exciting as well as more efficient. It can be tough to do things on your own and to build a strong working relationship can be therapy in itself.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Well, it gives you space and freedom to act on your own determinism.

What was your worst working experience?

working in a field just for the money and with no actual joy in what I was doing.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

That in order to succeed you need to be willing to experience many things and not let things knock you down but rather to take them as a learning experience and build on what you already know. Never think that you know everything on something and always be willing to make use of the situation you find yourself in.

What unique skills do you have?

I have an acute ability to assimilate new data and to adapt myself to any new situation I find myself in. Once I take on something and set my mind to it I can achieve a lot.

I also have along experience in personal counseling so can help people anywhere from getting them off drugs to saving marriages.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

A job where I have freedom to create on my own and have a limitless capacity to keep expanding while at the same time being able to help others.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Well in fact I have worked in several fields and the most interesting thing about them is that I can use the data that I know to help improve the area where I work.

Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?

That sometimes there is no definitive plan as to what we are working on and not having something to do at all times is something I don't like.

In what way can I improve the area where I am working?

Well, I have a unique training and experience, in which I can use management technology to improve the company aspect of things and have the technology to help individuals on a one on one basis.

How can potential employers contact you?
