Sales training and warehouse experience, including forklift certifications.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
While both are valuable, skills are often learned with hands on experience.

Usually while working with others more can be accomplished, and sometimes are vaulable learning experiences.

Working alone has its benefits in that there are no personal or social differences to get in the the way of work or progress.
What was your worst working experience?
I honestly do not consider any working experience to be scaled as worst, all have added to my growth in knowledge and experience.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
The most important lessons I've learned throughout my career is be to confident; which is a culmination of education, training and preparation.

I am a quick learner and have the ability to think on my feet.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
A job that would allow room for growth, while helping others and providing a healthy income.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
It would be the human element, working with others and clients we learn from each other and sometimes make discoveries.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
The least interesting aspect in management is sometimes politics. This aspect usually does not have the best interest of the business/ organization as a whole.
Are you flexible?
I am very flexible and can adapt rather quickly. Also open to travel if necessary.
