Formal education or skills and why? Skills are important especially in Hospitality because it is a hard industry and you need to be able to work long hours and keep focused. Education because you also need to have knowledge of what you are selling and what you are doing. Describe the benefits of working with others You get to chance to meet different people from different nations and get to share their experience .
