Construction & Building

What fields have you worked in before?

Sales & Marketing, transport

What qualifications do you hold?

Matric (Gr 12), code 14 driver (horse & trailer), running of day to day business in construction.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Skills, you have the ability to be hands on, and to meet the deadlines, education is only a piece of paper, but does not mean that you are capable of doing the work. You can't buy practical experience.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Very important, everybodys input & experience can complete the task on time, each person is a "team player". You cant do one without the other.

No distractions

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

If you dream it you can achieve it.

What unique skills do you have?

To be able to communicate with anyone, hands on approach, problem solving at any level, complete any given task.

To be part of Valentino Rossi's pit crew.

Have a vision to transform nothing into something, and to leave a trademark of my work behind for my generations to come to see.
