I worked as Nurse in Medical ward, in theatre as Scrubing Nurse and Assistant, and Rural area(Primary Health Care)as Nurse priscriber and Incharge of Theatre department. What qualifications do you hold? I have Diploma in general Nursing with Psychiatry, Advanced Certificate in anaesthesia Nursing. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider formal education to be more proffessional and academically well qualified.
