What was your worst working experience? After receiving an electric motor from rewind, initially rated at 525 volts blew up at start-up although the connections where sound.Upon inquiry from the rewind company we established that the motor was rewound at a rating for 380 volts.This caused downtime on production process. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To be self motivated and result oriented.Work under pressure and justify everyday man hours. What unique skills do you have?
