| YouTube: Health Insurance Exchange Stakeholders Conference - Panel 1: Meeting Co The health insurance reform bill referred to as the Affordable Care Act calls for the creation of state-based Health Insurance Exchanges. This all-day conference was of Stakeholders helping guide the creation of these exchanges. Stakeholders discussed several aspects of Exchange implementation, from the needs of consumers and employers to general operations, including eligibility and enrollment of participants, plan qualifications and the role of the Exchanges in promoting delivery system reform. Senior Administration officials from HHS, Treasury, Labor and OPM were in attendance to listen to stakeholder feedback. | I agree how hourly jobs works because the worker can really know how much he can really receive out of his work. Aside from that, a worker will have more chance to work to other companies to establishments after his duty from the other one. I am planning to move to Connecticut and I wonder what good opportunities await me there. I look forward to starting hourly jobs then. |
| Hi there! For fresh grads like me, it is really important to have a job after school. It is one way of telling ourselves that we really are deserving to be in the really life now. | Hourly wages must increase in order to allow the middle to save once again. The problem with the world now is that employers are ripping their employees off. Since these employees can barely make ends meet month to month they have no disposable income to use. If people don't spend then the economy can not grow. |
| Having an hourly job is indeed an advantage to a lot of people because you are given the chance to have a lot of work and make more money. You are being paid for the hours that you work. They can be fun at times because it is done by a lot of people. Sometimes you even have different jobs everyday so it is like a job of adventure. Being in a fast food restaurant is one good example. |
