Over the years, I have developed and implemented effective accounting policies and procedures for growing companies in a variety of fields, primarily in the service industry, but also a great amount of construction, engineering (including cost accounting and percent complete accounting) and even retail. I have also
developed databases and implemented new software as needed to improve the functionality of businesses. Basic accounting principles come easily to me and I am extremely accurate and detail-oriented.
I am quite adaptable, therefore able to wear the many hats that always seem to come along with a challenging position such as I seek.
While my degree is in Accounting and Finance, with a minor in Interior and Fashion Design (I have a side business as a wedding gown designer), I am very computer literate, and have dabbled in database and website creation. I have a can-do attitude, and find no task "beneath me", just throw it at me!
