Job Vancany exists for a full time Chef/Cafe manager to manage and run Maina Traders Superstore cafe. Must have experience in this area and be willing to work 6 days a week. Required to prepare daily menus, be resourceful, hardworking and have good customer relations. CV Required.

Hi,

My name is Gail Miles and I am looking to relocate to the Cook Islands to join my partner who is working as an IT Manager.

I am a qualified Account and in my recent position I was the Assistant Financial Controller at Daydream Island resort and Spa in the Whitsundays.

I was responsible for a wide range of tasks including daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation and journal entries. I handled the day to day financial operation of the business including completing the weekly payroll and reports to management.

I also was the part time supervisor of our A la cart restaurant and bar. I completed my Diploma of Hospitality in 1996 and continued to work in the industry while studying Accounting at University. I thoroughly enjoyed the customer contact and satisfaction from working in the restaurant and hope to continue to do so.
